Is this bike assembled?
For shop pickup at Fortitude Valley, yes (we hand it over ready to ride). For online AU-wide orders, the bike is fully tuned (brakes bedded, gears indexed, torque-checked) and then boxed for safe transit. You re-install the front wheel, rotate the handlebars and pop the pedals on, around 10 to 15 minutes with the supplied tools and the guide in the carton.
What happens if something breaks?
Warranty covers 2 anos frame, 1 ano motor, 1 ano battery. Service at our Fortitude Valley shop or mail-back.
