Common questions
Before you apply.
What does the weekly rate include? +
Everything you need to keep earning. Your weekly rate covers unlimited servicing and tune-ups, theft and damage cover, third-party liability, and a 24-hour swap bike if yours goes down. A delivery bag mount and phone mount come fitted. One flat weekly direct debit, no surprise bills.
What if I crash or someone steals it? +
Theft and damage cover is included in your weekly rate, with a $150 excess per claim. Report within 24 hours and we will swap you onto a replacement bike while we process the claim. Third-party liability is also covered.
Do you run credit checks? +
No. We ask for photo ID, a rider-account screenshot (Uber Eats or DoorDash), and if you are on a visa we ask to see it. ABN is not required.
Can I cancel? +
Yes, any time after week 2. Give us notice, return the bike to our Fortitude Valley workshop, and your direct debit stops. No exit fee, no lock-in beyond the first two weeks.
I do not live in Brisbane. Can I still rent? +
Not yet. Rentals are Brisbane metro only right now because we service the bikes in our Fortitude Valley workshop and need to deliver swap bikes quickly when yours goes down. If you are in Sydney, Melbourne or the Gold Coast, join the waitlist. You can also buy any bike outright today, AU-wide shipping from $129.
How fast can I start earning? +
Apply online in about four minutes. If your postcode is in range and your docs check out, we book you a pickup slot at the Fortitude Valley workshop, walk you through the bike, pair your delivery bag, and you ride out the same day. Most riders are on their first run within a day or two of applying.
