Every bike is tuned and test-ridden at our Fortitude Valley workshop, then boxed for safe transit (front wheel, handlebars and pedals come off for the freight, like every reputable bike retailer). 10 minutes with the supplied tools, follow the guide in the carton, and you're riding. Brisbane locals can pick up fully assembled from the shop.

Same price whether you're in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide metro. Bikes typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days of dispatch (we usually dispatch within 24 hours of order). Freight is insured and tracked end-to-end.
Tasmania
$249 to TAS. Same tracked freight network, allow 5–10 business days transit.
NT & WA
$349 to the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Same tracked freight, allow longer transit to remote routes.
Brisbane pickup
Skip freight entirely — pick up your bike from our Fortitude Valley workshop. We tune it, fit it, and hand it over in person. Free at any cart total.
Pickup & remote addresses
Brisbane customers can pick up for free from the MyeBike Fortitude Valley workshop (Shop 5/421 Brunswick St, QLD 4006). Pick 'Pickup' at checkout, we text when it's ready (usually same-day for in-stock bikes, 2 to 3 days for builds that need tuning).
Very remote or island addresses can occasionally need a custom freight quote. If yours does, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Shipping FAQ.
How is the bike packaged? +
Every bike ships in a reinforced cardboard carton with cork & foam protection on the frame tubes, handlebars and fork. The front wheel and pedals are removed for transit — both re-install in under 10 minutes with the provided tools.
What if the bike arrives damaged? +
Refuse delivery and take photos, or (if you've already signed) photograph it straight away and email us the same day. We cover insured transit end-to-end — damage in freight is always on us to resolve, never on you.
Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers? +
No, bikes ship to street addresses only (they're too big). Accessories and parts orders under 5kg can ship to a PO box.
Can I request a specific delivery day? +
Sort of. At checkout there's a 'special instructions' field — we pass that to the courier. Guaranteed specific-day delivery isn't something we can offer at standard pricing, but the courier usually tries.
Do you ship internationally? +
Not at present. Australia only.
