Walk-ins welcome
Shop hours Mon–Fri 8–5:30, Sat 9–4, Sun 10–2. No appointment needed to browse — test rides only take 10 minutes to set up.
5 min to the station
Fortitude Valley train station is 400m. 470 bus stops at the door. Plenty of Chinatown Mall parking 2 minutes away if you drive.
Service bay on-site
Same building as the showroom. Drop off in the morning, pick up before close on most service days. Sat jobs book out fast.
Rider pickups
Sunday 10–2 is dedicated to Rent-to-Own pickups and emergency rider swaps. Other days bookable through the rider channel.

Do I need to book a test ride? +
For simple test rides on a bike we have in stock, no — walk in during shop hours and we'll set you up in 10 minutes. For rare builds or configurations, book ahead via the test-ride page.
Can I drop a bike off without booking? +
For diagnostics or small issues, walk in any time during shop hours. For full services, book ahead — most weekday slots fill 1–3 days out, Saturdays book a week ahead.
Is there parking? +
Street parking on Brunswick St (1hr metered during weekdays, free weekends) and Chinatown Mall parkade 2 minutes up the road (cheaper for stays over 1hr).
Can I collect an online order from the shop? +
Yes. At checkout, pick 'Pickup at Fortitude Valley'. We'll text when it's ready. Usually same-day for in-stock bikes, 2–3 days for builds that need tuning.
