We're open 7 days. Walk-in repairs and showroom browsing are fine during any open slot. Sundays are mostly Rent-to-Own rider pickups but we take emergency jobs.

Are you open on public holidays? +
Closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Good Friday. Other public holidays we usually run reduced Saturday hours (10am–3pm). Check the Google listing for the most current updates.
When's the best time to walk in? +
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the quietest. Saturdays are busy all day, Mondays get hammered for service drop-offs. Weekday mornings between 10 and 12 are usually a sweet spot.
Can I drop a bike off outside hours? +
No — we don't have a drop-box (the bikes are too valuable to leave unsecured). If you really need to, call ahead and we can sometimes meet you 30 min before or after hours.
