The NCM London+ is the folding step-through e-bike for riders who need storage to come first without giving up everyday comfort.
- Folds down small enough to fit beside the shoe rack, into a small apartment or into the boot of a hatchback.
- Step-through frame and walk-assist mode make stop-start city riding and tight footpaths much easier to deal with.
- Set up for errands and short commutes rather than long-distance trekking, with a useful rear rack for shopping.
Supported through our Brisbane workshop with fitting, servicing and ongoing spares.

How long does shipping take?
2 to 5 business days across Australia. AU-wide shipping from $129, or free pickup in Brisbane.
Is this bike assembled?
For shop pickup at Fortitude Valley, yes (we hand it over ready to ride). For online AU-wide orders, the bike is fully tuned (brakes bedded, gears indexed, torque-checked) and then boxed for safe transit. You re-install the front wheel, rotate the handlebars and pop the pedals on, around 10 to 15 minutes with the supplied tools and the guide in the carton.
What happens if something breaks?
Warranty covers 2 yrs frame, 1 yr motor, 1 yr battery. Service at our Fortitude Valley shop or mail-back.
